KSD301 セラミック自動リセットサーモスタットは、パンメーカーの過熱保護におけるコア安全部品として機能します。ヒーターチャンバーまたは金属ヒーターエレメントの表面に直接組み込まれます。ベーキング温度が設定値（通常180～220℃）を超えると、バイメタルストリップが瞬時に回路を遮断します。温度が安全しきい値（作動値より15～30℃低い）を下回ると、自動的にリセットされ、電源が復旧し、手動操作なしで連続ベーキングの安全性と効率を確保します。
主な特徴
- 耐久性のあるセラミックシェル - 300℃の高温に歪みなく耐えます。密閉されたセラミック構造は水蒸気腐食に強く、錆や誤作動を防ぎます。
- 正確な温度制御 - ±5℃の作動精度により、焦げ付きや生焼けを防ぎます。3秒間の高速応答で過熱リスクを瞬時に遮断します。
- 10,000サイクルの寿命 - 低抵抗を維持する強化シルバー合金接点により、9年以上の使用をサポートします。
