HCET-B series thermal cutoff switches are intelligent dual protection devices designed for harsh industrial environments, with simultaneous monitoring of current overload (1-35A) and temperature abnormality (50-180°C customizable) for AC/DC systems up to 240V. With a mechanical self-locking mechanism, this temperature limiter permanently cuts off the circuit when it detects motor overheating (3-8 seconds of precise disconnection) or a sudden increase in current, requiring a manual reset to ensure system safety. Its UL94 V-0 flame retardant housing with silver-plated contacts is a perfect replacement for traditional thermal protectors such as the LIMITOR Y89, which is widely used in garden tools (lawn mowers/snow blowers), commercial cleaning equipment, industrial mixers, and vehicle air conditioning systems.
